Some facts about me: I’m a Dallas native and a Registered Nurse with a love for adventure and personal wellness. When I was younger, I did not know much about health and fitness nor did I care. After a short period in the military, with all of the demanding calisthenics and running it entailed, I recognized how fulfilling and fun it was to meet personal fitness goals.
My journey was not always perfect. There was a time when I was obsessive over certain aesthetics such as “getting abs.” I went through a roller coaster of fitness approaches from working out everyday, to counting macros, to gaining fat and then losing it.
Now I feel like I have learned how finding the perfect balance in life can make someone feel and look their best – and I am excited to share my experiences and tips with you.
My goal is to be a resource for others to achieve their goals, whether that be becoming better runners, dancers, gymnasts, or more. I believe that the same principles in health and fitness can be applied to other aspects of life. We can refer back to our lessons from fitness when we face life’s challenges and be successful with learned experiences.
